Mark Pacillio, President and CEO of Pacillio & Associates, Inc.

Like most entrepreneurs Mark brings a tremendous amount energy and experience to Pacillio & Associates, Inc.  First came a well-rounded education in liberal arts and sciences at Occidental College followed by a degree in business from California State University, Fullerton with emphasis in production and operations management as well as finance. This led him to the real estate industry where he soon obtained his CA Broker’s License (1984). Of greater importance for our clients is the distinguished list of real estate and property investment companies where he developed his vast expertise as a specialist in real estate transactions (to $150 million) and business opportunities (to $50 million).  He became a highly skilled “technician” in all aspects of real estate investments while working with Thoner and Birmingham, Beam and Associates, Intervest Resources, Thelma Trust Partners, Wells Fargo Bank-Private Banking, Viole Properties, Frontier Investments and Barrons Mortgage Corporation.

Through great effort and hard work Mark participated in the creation, preservation and expansion of wealth for high worth individuals, corporations, syndicates, partnerships, institutions and private trusts.  Now ready to put to work his expertise in the creation and conservation of wealth for individuals, and not just corporations, Mark founded Pacillio & Associates, Inc. in 1997.
